In 1999, the General Assembly of Constanza (Romania) reshuffled his committee and changed the title of the association became: European Sobukaï Takeda Ryu Maroto-ha (stamped).

Its purpose, as it is defined by the statutes is to promote the martial arts activities Takeda Ryu Maroto-ha in Europe and to promote its extension, to control the technical quality of its teaching and learning in respect of Japanese cultural tradition associated with it.
Since this association has made its merry way, by organizing international Taikai every two years in a country designated by the Board of Experts.
She coordinates the technical programs and internships.
Its board is elected every four years by the General Assembly that all heads are only directors and presidents of each country.
